A renowned television channel hosted a live program show, which was known as Rakhi ka Swayamvar where Rakhi Sawant was supposed to choose a groom for her. The show was avidly followed by people as they wanted to see the drama and controversies, which were related to the show as Rakhi Sawant the famous controversy queen, was involved in it. People from all across the world came as participants as they wanted to marry the girl who was a renowned personality in the film industry. This was the first show where a woman was planning to conduct her Swayamvar and select a groom.

As this was a unique idea, the television channel planned to promote and launch it as Rakhi Sawant the controversy queen was involved in it. The show started with a bang and more than twenty contestants participated in the show to be the life partner of Rakhi Sawant. The show came into controversy after the participants were being eliminated. The eliminated participants said that Rakhi Sawant did not intend to marry any participant rather than the Rakhi ka swayamvar winner Elesh, as he was an NRI.

During the show, there were various incidents where contestants were given some private time with Rakhi Sawant so that they could have known each other in a better manner.

One of the contestants named “Luv” also got into controversy when he kissed Rakhi Sawant during a party. The Rakhi ka swayamvar kiss video was leaked and was available all over the internet. On Rakhi Sawant for her statement, she said that she was shocked that Luv kissed her and the video was now all over the internet.

In the finale of Rakhi ka Swayamvar Elesh was selected as the Rakhi ka swayamvar winner as Rakhi Sawant chose him among the three participants. In page-3 reports, it was mentioned that this show was crap and total waste of time. It even stated that Rakhi Sawant would indulge in any activity for promotion. The Rakhi ka swayamvar kiss video is now being watched by people who are interested in gossips and want to see the hot celebrity indulging in something outrageous. Once this video was out, Rakhi said that she did not know about it how it got on the internet. She added further that it was a shame that people think that it was a sleazy act.

On contacting the television channel, which aired the show, stated that they would love to host a show like this again and with someone even more popular so that there TRP ratings soar high.
